The Foundation has been established solely to provide pro bono philanthropic guidance and facilities, broader community philanthropic education where and when appropriate and always on a gratis basis. All members participate on a voluntary, unremunerated and non-fiduciary basis.

The establishment of the Foundation Membership, Delegate, Advisory Board and Ambassadorial base is to work more effectively towards delivering impactful results towards its declared founding principles, which are namely to help others connect the dots throughout community, philanthropic and creative endeavours.

Such active participation and sources of sounding boards remain invaluable to the progress and development of the Foundation itself, which in turn can become better empowered to support others whom are already championing bold initiatives.

Such counsel remains the backbone of this ancillary support effort.
